Responsibilities & Context:

CEO will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for company., ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, sustainable business growth,. The CEO will oversee all production, operational, financial, and administrative aspects of the company, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Oversee all export, operational, financial, and administrative functions to ensure high-quality service and business sustainability.
  • Lead business growth initiatives and expand service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh company regulations and other relevant standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including customer, regulatory bodies, and partners.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, compassion, and professional development among staff.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, media, and community engagements.
  • Lead recruitment, mentorship, and performance management of company and support teams.
