Responsibilities & Context:
Visitor Management including visitor movement register, guset well come & visitor card maintain properly.
Attend all phone call incoming, outgoing & maintain office PABX line.
Vehicle management including vehicle maintanance,Vehicle document update, daily fuel issue, vehicle checking & maintain duty.
Rental vehicle checking & maintain properly.
Supporting staff handaling & maintain driver OT.
Document & sample sending & receiving record with smooth operation.
Securing the YKK asset, Monitor the Acess control & confirm the confidentiality.
Factory building outside overall 5S related work and innitiative ( roadside vacant space, Frence area etc.)
Air ticket issue & hotel booking.
Support audit for their document’s requirements.
Make report & presentation as and when require.
GA related bill checking & proceed.
