• Good at MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point.

• English language proficiency (Reading, Writing & Speaking).

• Visitor Management including visitor movement register, guset well come & visitor card maintain properly.

• Attend all phone call incoming, outgoing & maintain office PABX line.

• Vehicle management including vehicle maintanance,Vehicle document update, daily fuel issue, vehicle checking & maintain duty.

• Rental vehicle checking & maintain properly.

• Supporting staff handaling & maintain driver OT.

• Document & sample sending & receiving record with smooth operation.

• Securing the YKK asset, Monitor the Acess control & confirm the confidentiality.

• Factory building outside overall 5S related work and innitiative ( roadside vacant space, Frence area etc.)

• Air ticket issue & hotel booking.

• Support audit for their document’s requirements.

• Make report & presentation as and when require.

• GA related bill checking & proceed.

• Lunch/Dinner: Fully Subsidized.
