Responsibilities:
To provide front line support for the Registrar`s Office including telephone, mail, and responding to student, faculty, staff, and general public requests and inquiries.
To support the Registrar to prepare papers in connection with the meetings of the Academic Council, Syndicate and different committees of the University, various statutory bodies, regulations and policies and publications.
To keep records of minutes and files related to Acts, Rules & Regulations, manual, minutes of the Syndicate, Academic Council and other committees.
To manage, receive and dispatch of inward and outward letters and the official documents.
To prepare all administrative notices, circulars, office orders, etc. and distribute/circulate the same.
To make communications with faculties, staff and students, as required.
To initiate different files activities of the Registrar’s Office.
To provide information to the faculty members and staffs about various rules of the University.
To coordinate with departments and offices as and when required.
To maintain a current understanding of academic policies, procedures, and processes related to student records and professionally communicate these to faculty, students, and staff
To compile and maintain an up-to-date official records.
To provide administrative support in order to ensure effective operations of the Registrar`s Office.
To perform any other tasks assigned by the Registrar.
