Responsibilities & Context:
Social Compliance & Sustainability
- Oversee social, environmental, and technical compliance programs of factory.
- Ensure compliance with buyer Codes of Conduct, local labor laws, and international standards (BSCI, SEDEX, RSC, Nirapon,)
- Prepare for internal and external audits, manage CAPs, and ensure timely closures
- Conduct self-assessments (SLCP, Higg FEM, SMETA SAQ) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance documentation and update buyer portals (FSLM/SLCP, Retraced, SEDEX)
- Conduct training on social compliance, safety, fire-fighting, SOPs, and technical compliance.
Audit & Compliance
- Capability of Manage audits including BSCI, SEDEX, Higg FEM, FSLM, SLCP, OCS, RCS, GRS, LEED, OEKO-TEX, Environmental & Chemical Management Systems, Structural, Fire & Electrical Safety, and Technical/Product Safety Audits.
- Ability to prepared Corrective Action Plan -CAP
- Capability of coordinating with buyers such as Inditex, Lindex, Primark, GAP, Best Seller, Target USA, GB, Takko and others reputed brand.
