As the COO will work at the core of the company’s operations and strategic initiatives. Under your leadership, the company’s daily operations will become more efficient, and data driven. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations and business processes.

• Provide leadership to the brand, management, marketing, and product development teams.

• Implement new projects and initiatives, ensuring achievement of goals according to timelines and budgets.

• Monitor the performance of operational activities, define and evaluate KPIs and OKRs.

• Design effective business processes and ensure their continuous improvement (Process Optimization).

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance, productivity, and efficiency of internal teams.

• Play an active role in strategic decision-making with the company’s team.

• Contribute to product and operational improvements through data-driven analysis and research.
