Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan and meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Supervise workers, technicians, and supervisors; manage shifts and schedules.
- Ensure product quality, safety standards, and compliance.
- Monitor machines and oversee regular maintenance.
- Coordinate with Store & Purchase for raw materials and inventory.
- Maintain production reports and communicate with management.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and efficiency inside the factory.
