We are seeking a skilled and dedicated In-Charge (Production) to manage and oversee daily factory operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production and factory management, preferably within the hardware or related manufacturing industries, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Factory Operations:

• Supervise and manage the entire production process—from raw material input to finished goods—ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations at all stages.

Production Planning & Target Achievement:

• Develop and execute production plans to achieve daily and monthly targets while maintaining consistent product quality and operational efficiency.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and uphold quality control measures. Inspect and monitor production output, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all products meet company standards.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and coordinate factory staff, including operators, technicians, and support personnel. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training to enhance productivity.

Machinery & Maintenance:

• Ensure all machinery and equipment operate efficiently. Plan preventive maintenance schedules and minimize downtime through timely repairs and upkeep.

Inventory & Material Coordination:

• Work closely with the store and procurement teams to manage raw materials, monitor usage, and ensure uninterrupted production flow.

Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare and submit regular production reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Compliance & Safety:

• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols, company policies, and relevant labor laws.
