Prior experience in managing cleaning, housekeeping, security, or integrated FM services is highly preferred.
Proven experience in managing multiple sites and large workforces.
Responsibilities & Context: - Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple soft FM projects across various client sites.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services in cleaning, housekeeping, security, and other soft FM services.
- Act as the primary liaison between AKTL Head Office and project sites.
- Monitor service performance through regular site inspections, audits, and client feedback.
- Ensure contractual compliance, SOP adherence, and safety standards at all sites.
- Lead, guide, and discipline site supervisors and operational staff.
- Ensure employee welfare, attendance, productivity, and discipline are maintained.
- Handle client communications, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support manpower planning, deployment, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin regarding recruitment, training, payroll inputs, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to senior management.
- Assist in project mobilization, handovers, and service improvements.
