Additional Requirements:
  • Age 45 to 60 years
  • Minimum 20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Real Estate & Development industry.       

  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, business growth, and operational excellence.       

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and service quality.        

  • Extensive executive-level management experience·        

  • Extensive Real Estate Industry experience (20+ years).        

  • Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.        

  • Political awareness, professional expertise, financial orientation, self-starting initiative, cross cultural awareness, organization astuteness and team spirit. 

  • Ability to select, develop and motivate necessary management talent to maintain the company's overall objectives.        

  • Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.



Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic & Digital Leadership

  • Provide the required linkage between the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team, and provide them with adequate information to carry out their responsibilities.

  • Assist the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market share, profitability and return on investment.

  • Develop, Formulate and Execute long-term business strategies.

  • Lead the development and improvement of the sales & digital Marketing growth.

  • Oversee the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics) to optimize operations and customer service delivery.

Operational Management

  • Ensure operational excellence, timely service delivery, and superior service quality across all categories.

  • Strengthen vendor management, customer service, service tracking, and digital monitoring systems.

  • Set departments' high-level goals, objectives and plans and work with them on attaining such goals by closely monitoring their operations.

  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and cultural standards.

Business Growth & Expansion

  • Grow the user base through data-driven marketing, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition campaigns.

  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs, cost efficiency, and profit margins across all business units.

  • Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives (increase in profits, increase in market share, return on investment, etc).

  • Drive product innovation and feature development aligned with customer needs and market trends.

Financial & Organizational Oversight

  • Manage costs, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.

  • Implement robust SOPs, governance frameworks, security protocols, and quality controls.

  • Optimize operational efficiency using digital tools, automation, and performance dashboards.

  • Preparing and presenting clear and concise Accounts reports to the management.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams including technology, operations, marketing, and customer service.

  • Collaborate closely with Legal & Estate & Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth operation and increasing money flow.

  • Promote an office culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
