Minimum 20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Real Estate & Development industry.
Proven expertise in strategic planning, business growth, and operational excellence.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and service quality.

Extensive Real Estate Industry experience (20+ years).

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational goal and strategy related to staffing, recruiting and retention.
Provide strategic HR support to senior management to achieve organizational goals.
Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Design and execute HR Training plans and programs that support the company’s objectives.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Provide constructive & timely performance evaluation.
Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet their hiring needs.
Handle employee grievances and other concerns related to conflict management.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to develop retention strategies.
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Manage HR audits and address any compliance issues.
Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes.
Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR practices.
Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Monitor HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
Perform any other task assigned by the the management.
