Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Management (MBM) in Human Resource Management
  • IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University students will get preference
  • PGDHRM from Bangladesh Institution of Management (BIM) will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Real Estate & Development industry.

  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, business growth, and operational excellence.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and service quality.

  • Extensive executive-level management experienceAbility to work in a challenging environment, maintain a positive team dynamic, excellent interpersonal skills/ ability to manage multicultural teams.

  • Extensive Real Estate Industry experience (20+ years).

  • Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Experience in KPI, TNA & Training & Development.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational goal and strategy related to staffing, recruiting and retention.

  • Provide strategic HR support to senior management to achieve organizational goals.        

  • Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

  • Design and execute HR Training plans and programs that support the company’s objectives.        

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.       

  • Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

  • Provide constructive & timely performance evaluation.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet their hiring needs.        

  • Handle employee grievances and other concerns related to conflict management.        

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to develop retention strategies.        

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.        

  • Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.       

  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.        

  • Update and enforce HR policies and procedures.        

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

  • Manage HR audits and address any compliance issues.      

  • Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes.       

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR practices.        

  • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management.        

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.        

  • Monitor HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.

  • Perform any other task assigned by the the management.
