Job Context

This restaurant is a sister concern of JSK Group, located on the Cumilla Highway. It serves as a key stopover for long-distance travelers. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure food quality, maintain service excellence, and lead the team professionally.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations, staff supervision, and customer service.

• Ensure high-quality food preparation, taste consistency, and strict hygiene standards.

• Monitor kitchen operations, chef performance, and service staff activities.

• Maintain inventory, stock, purchasing records, and ensure supply chain efficiency.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.

• Train staff on food safety, hygiene, service protocol, and customer interaction.

• Ensure accurate daily sales reporting and proper cash management.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline in the entire restaurant.

• Implement new menu ideas, promotional plans, and operational improvements in collaboration with JSK Group management.

• Ensure smooth operation during peak hours and manage unexpected situations effectively.
