Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Strategic Planning: Setting the company's strategic direction, goals, and targets.
- Operational Management: Overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and quality across all departments (including operations, finance, marketing, and HR).
- Financial Oversight: Managing the budget, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring profitability.
- Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and leading the executive/management team and fostering a positive work culture.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing performance data (KPIs) and implementing improvements.
- Stakeholder Relations: Acting as the primary liaison between the staff, executives, and sometimes customers or investors.
- Sales Strategy & Goal Setting: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
- Team Management: Recruiting, training, and managing the sales team, including setting individual goals and providing coaching.
- Pipeline Management: Overseeing the sales pipeline, forecasting sales, and tracking team performance.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and managing key client relationships.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Preparing sales reports and presentations for senior management.
