Responsibilities & Context:

Ø  Recruitment & Screening

  • Source, shortlist, and screen candidates based on job requirements.

  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate with departments to finalize selection and complete hiring documentation.

Ø  Application Processing:

  • Manage all types of visa processing for various countries, ensuring all documentation complies with BMET, MOFA, and immigration regulations.

Ø  Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate visa records, prepare documents, and monitor application status, validity, and renewal deadlines.

  • Communicate with clients, foreign employers, and concerned government authorities regarding recruitment and visa procedures.

Ø  Compliance & Records:

  • Maintain accurate records, ensure adherence to recruitment laws, monitor expiries, and complete all processes per government and client requirements.

  • Verify the authenticity of supporting documents, including passports, letters of invitation, financial statements, police clearance and other required paperwork.

  • Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in visa processing. Continuously improve and streamline visa application procedures.

Ø  Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of all visa applications, decisions, and correspondence.

  • Prepare and issue visas, stamps, or entry permits as appropriate.

Ø Follow-up and Support:

  • Follow up with clients regarding their application status and any additional requirements.

  • Provide post-application support, including handling rejections and appeals.

Ø  Visa Lodgment

  • Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications with complete supporting documents accurately and on time.

  • Communicate with applicants and authorities to resolve queries and ensure timely processing.

  • Track application status and maintain accurate records until final approval.
