Responsibilities & Context:
  • Responsible for assisting Recruiting, Selection, Joining, orientation, and placement.

  • Manage appointment letters, onboarding, orientation programs, ID card issuance, and exit procedures, ensuring smooth employee transitions and complete documentation.

  • Handle daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, late arrivals, and employee movements; ensure accurate and timely data entry in HRIS/HR software.

  • Maintain, update, and organize employee personal files and HR documentation (both physical and digital).

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.

  • Drafting various forms, office orders, circulars, letters (termination letter, warning letter, transfer letter, etc.).

  • Assist to training arrangements in-house and out site office whenever needed.

  • Organize employee engagement, social, and extracurricular activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, Bangladesh Labor Law, and HR best practices.

  • Support payroll inputs, attendance verification, and related HR coordination.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
