Working knowledge of MS Office & digital platform.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve business recruitment target through effective planning and setting appropriate goals.
Lead sales team; follow up them regarding business development & training.
Regular visit in assigned area of responsibility to ensure training & regular business functions.
Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force to achieve target.
Meet with team members one-on-one weekly/fortnightly to review performance, progress, and targets.
Developing new customers base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
Maintain relevant internal liaison to optimize business growth, retention & customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the cross functional team in the business lines to support achievement.
Reporting regularly to Head of Individual Life and Management as per requirement.
