• Achieve business recruitment target through effective planning and setting appropriate goals.

• Lead sales team; follow up them regarding business development & training.

• Regular visit in assigned area of responsibility to ensure training & regular business functions.

• Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force to achieve target.

• Meet with team members one-on-one weekly/fortnightly to review performance, progress, and targets.

• Developing new customers base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.

• Maintain relevant internal liaison to optimize business growth, retention & customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the cross functional team in the business lines to support achievement.

• Reporting regularly to Head of Individual Life and Management as per requirement.
