• Support sales forces in all aspects of the sales process and keep them accountable to achieve business targets and maintain core values.

• Maintain proper documentation of collections and submit daily reports.

• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with date protection regulations.

• Maintain accurate sales records, updates, and market insights for reporting purposes.

• Build strong relationships with agents, Sales Force and referral networks.

• Coordinate & collaborate with Sales team to convert leads to successful transactions.

• Regular communication with sales force via phone, email, and mail.

• Any other task assigned by management.
