  • Experience in recruitment, performance appraisal, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills


Responsibilities & Context:

W3 Engineers Ltd, a Dhaka-based software development company, is looking for a senior Head of People & Culture / HR Head to lead HR strategy, people management, and organizational culture for our engineering team. The role requires strong leadership experience in HR, preferably within software or IT companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall HR, People & Culture strategy for engineering teams
  • Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and manpower planning
  • Oversee performance management, appraisal, and career development systems
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives
  • Ensure HR policy development, compliance, and labor law adherence
  • Act as a strategic partner to engineering managers and leadership
