W3 Engineers Ltd. is seeking a qualified English Instructor (contractual) to deliver structured, in-person training for employees. The role focuses on enhancing English professional communication and IELTS-oriented skills, including fluency, pronunciation, confidence, and accuracy. Sessions will be practical, discussion-based, and exam-focused at the company office.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site English communication training sessions for employees
Improve spoken and written English proficiency, including fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, clarity, and American accent neutralization.
Focus on workplace and client-facing communication, such as meetings, presentations, and discussions
Facilitate role-plays, mock interactions, and practical speaking activities
Provide individualized feedback and guidance for continuous improvement
Create a professional, engaging, and interactive learning environment
Customize training content based on organizational and employee communication needs
Apply language proficiency standards, where relevant, to support overall communication development
Required Qualifications
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Proven experience as an English Instructor, IELTS Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Communication Coach
Demonstrated experience in delivering professional, business English
Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to effectively engage and train corporate employees
Mandatory: Minimum overall IELTS Band Score of 7.5 or 8.0, with no less than 7.0 in any individual module
Experience Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in IELTS coaching at a reputed training center
Experience working with employees from the IT-enabled services or software industry
Familiarity with British Council or IDP teacher training workshops is an added advantage
