Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field from Public University or Reputed Private University
Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
Educational qualification may be relaxed for a promising and experienced candidates.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Entrust Group is a 100% export-oriented woven garment manufacturer. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated HR professional to join our HR & Administration Department at the Corporate Office.
The role involves supporting day-to-day HR and administrative operations, strengthening HR systems and processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for the Group’s different units, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Manage appointment letters, onboarding, orientation programs, ID card issuance, and exit procedures, ensuring smooth employee transitions and complete documentation.
Handle daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, late arrivals, and employee movements; ensure accurate and timely data entry in HRIS/HR software.
Prepare and analyze HR reports such as turnover, absenteeism, overtime summaries, resignation lists, new recruitment lists, and comparative HR data.
Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
Maintain, update, and organize employee personal files and HR documentation (both physical and digital).
Prepare official HR documents including office orders, memos, show-cause notices, warning letters, and other correspondence as required.
Draft routine HR communications for internal circulation and support corporate communication initiatives.
Coordinate training programs and assist in evaluating performance reports, scorecards, and talent development initiatives.
Organize employee engagement, social, and extracurricular activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, Bangladesh Labor Law, and HR best practices.
Monitor probation periods, confirmations, and support performance management activities.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and general HR matters.
Support payroll inputs, attendance verification, and related HR coordination.
