Good understanding of sewing quality, stitching, and finishing work.
Basic knowledge of AQL and quality checking process.
Ability to handle quality under production pressure.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Look after sewing and finishing quality according to buyer requirements.
Check quality during in-line, end-line, and finishing stages.
Identify sewing and finishing problems and take action to solve them.
Ensure proper finishing work like trimming, measurement, ironing, folding, and packing.
Work closely with production and finishing teams to maintain good quality.
Guide and control QC team members working in sewing and finishing sections.
Handle buyer quality comments related to sewing and finishing.
Prepare simple quality reports and follow AQL standards.
