To plan and execute a range of skill development training programs to meet the needs of internal staff.
This position is responsible for the planning function and conducting of a range of skill development training and development programs to meet the needs of internal staff.
Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct structured Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and determine individual and organizational development needs.
Analyze the training needs, develop structured training programs, or modify existing training programs to meet specific staff needs.
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Knowledge Management (KM) Section on designing training modules.
Plan, and design all e-learning courses and other online training.
Plan execution of training programs including timeline, target audience, and location.
Prepare the Training Schedule (TS) with prioritized training plans for all Skill Development Training (SDT) programs for all SBUs.
Ensure the effective execution of training and conduct effectiveness assessments for all training through Learning Execution Monitoring (LEM) Section.
Train internal facilitators and instructors to help them learn the skills and techniques needed to provide effective training sessions.
Discuss training needs and goals with management every month to establish training needs based on projected changes, production processes, and other factors.
Prepare monthly consolidated Training Reports (TR) of all assigned SBUs’ and share the same with reporting authority.
Establish a detailed annual Training Budget (TB) for Skill Development Training (SDT) of all SBUs and track this budget to identify Budget Variance (BV).
