Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and enhance the performance management system to drive continuous improvement, employee development, and goal achievement.
∎ Supervise and mentor HR team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
∎ Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
∎ Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
∎ Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
∎ Prepare Manpower budgeting, planning and take approval of management. Also ensure the staffing stick with approved budget.
∎ Provide regular reports to Management on HR metrics and initiatives.
∎ Maintain and update the organogram of the factory’s all Departments.
∎ Calculate and process employee final settlements, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.·
∎ Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights and compile monthly reports on employee separation trends for analysis and decision-making.
∎ Maintain employee personal files, ensuring proper documentation management and timely enrollment in the ERP system.
∎ Issue a variety of HR letters including confirmations, resignations, transfers, no-objection certificates (NOCs), and other relevant documents promptly and accurately.
∎ Manage and update the employee master database for the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
∎ Provide support in attendance management, including tracking and recording employee attendance data accurately.
∎ Assist in payroll preparation activities, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation as required.
∎ Look after the welfare of the employees.
∎ Promote and ensure a safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
