ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced HR & Administration professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in recruitment, payroll management, legal compliance, HR software integration, and administration within a service or facility management organization. This position requires hands-on experience in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle, statutory compliance, administrative control, and effective coordination across teams.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

HUMAN RESOURCES:

§  Manage end-to-end payroll processing, salary disbursement, and compliance.

§  Supervise attendance, leave, and overtime management.

§  Handle employee grievance, disciplinary procedures, and labor law compliance.

§  Lead recruitment and onboarding for both project and office staff.

§  Maintain employee database, ID cards, insurance, and personnel files.

§  Conduct training & development, performance evaluation, and succession planning.

§  Manage compensation & benefits, employee motivation, and engagement initiatives.

§  Ensure HR software integration and database updates.

§  Support talent management, career planning, rewards, and recognition programs.

ADMINISTRATION:

§  Develop, review, and implement administrative policies and SOPs.

§  Oversee office management and vendor coordination.

§  Asset management and maintenance.

§  Ensure office safety, security, and equipment functionality.

§  Handle petty cash, budgeting, and expense tracking.

§  Maintain office supplies, stock records, and procurement coordination.

§  Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain company records.

§  Update administrative policies as required.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

§  Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) from a recognized university.

§  Preferred Certifications: PGDHRM, Health & Safety, Compliance, Inventory Management.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

§  Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience.

§  Candidates from the service industry, Garments, or Hospital backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
