Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the preparation of Continental, Thai-Chinese dishes, and Dim Sum, ensuring all ingredients are prepped correctly and on time.
∎ The Cook is responsible for preparing menus and foods complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards. Prepare food for the staff and guests for breakfast, luncheons, teas, dinners, and special functions.
∎ Lead the F&B production team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.
∎ Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and procurement.
∎ Train, mentor, and manage the kitchen staff to maintain a consistent standard of excellence.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all kitchen activities.
∎ Collaborate with the F&B service team to create a seamless dining experience for members and guests.
∎ Innovate and introduce new culinary trends and techniques to enhance the hotel's offerings.
∎ Plan and manage the kitchen budget, optimizing resources while maintaining quality.
∎ We are looking for Cook & Chefs with expertise in Indian, Thai-Chinese, and Dim Sum Continental, to join our dormitory kitchen in Narayangonj, Meghnaghat.
∎ The ideal candidate will have experience in these cuisines and a passion for food, with attention to detail and consistency.
