Responsibilities & Context:

Greenland Training Center Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Chef Trainer to support our Chef Trainer in delivering high-quality culinary education and practical skills training. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on kitchen experience and a passion for mentoring aspiring chefs through industry-focused training.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Chef Trainer in delivering practical and classroom-based culinary training.

Support food preparation demonstrations and hands-on practical sessions.

Assist in developing food production SOPs, training modules, lesson plans, and assessment materials.

Ensure proper kitchen operations, equipment maintenance, and adherence to food safety standards.

Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching during practical training sessions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic training kitchen in compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.

Support the continuous improvement of culinary training programs.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or professional certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in commercial kitchens.

Experience working in hotels, restaurants, institutional kitchens, or culinary training centers.

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, hygiene, and HACCP principles.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills.

Passion for teaching and developing future culinary professionals.
