পরিবারের পছন্দ অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন ধরনের দেশি ও বিদেশি খাবার রান্না করা
অতিথি আপ্যায়ন বা পারিবারিক অনুষ্ঠানের জন্য বিশেষ খাবার প্রস্তুত করা
রান্নাঘরের পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও স্বাস্থ্যবিধি নিশ্চিত করা
প্রয়োজনীয় বাজার বা উপকরণের তালিকা প্রস্তুত করা
প্রয়োজনে পরিবারের সঙ্গে ভ্রমণে গিয়ে রান্নার দায়িত্ব পালন করা
