Responsibilities & Context:

Edison Industries Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The role requires hands-on involvement across the entire HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll management, compensation & benefits, and employee final settlement.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding

  • Handle HR operations such as employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Manage compensation and benefits, including salary structures, increments, bonuses, and benefits administration

  • Ensure proper handling of final settlement for departing employees

  • Maintain and update employee databases and HRIS systems

  • Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and disciplinary processes

  • Coordinate with internal departments and management on HR-related matters
