Experience:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in export-oriented manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in successfully facing multiple social compliance audits independently.
Strong knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law, Buyers/ Customers Code of Conduct, Safety Requirements/ Rules, Local & International Standards, etc.
Experienced in auditing/ assessment on Social/ Environmental/ Health & Safety Compliance in any 3rd Party Audit Firm will get preference.
We are a reputed 100% export-oriented manufacturing company seeking a dynamic, experienced and self-driven professional for the position of Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager – Compliance. The incumbent must have strong hands-on experience in managing and facing various Social, Ethical, Environmental, Technical, Supply Shain, Security and Customer Compliance Audits independently.
Lead and manage overall Social Compliance & Sustainability functions of the factories.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and amendments, related rules, buyer Code of Conduct and international standards.
Independently face and coordinate social compliance audits, including but not limited to:
BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP/ SLCP/ ISO 45001
Buyer-specific audits (e.g., Adidas, Puma, Nike, Decathlon, H&M, etc. – if applicable)
Develop, implement, and monitor CAP (Corrective Action Plan) and ensure timely closure.
Maintain and update compliance-related documents, policies, SOPs and records.
Conduct internal audits and compliance gap analysis.
Liaise with buyers, auditors, NGO’s and government authorities as when required.
Provide compliance training and awareness programs for management and workers.
Monitor & ensure workplace health & safety, fire safety, welfare and environmental compliance issues.
Support sustainability initiatives including HRP, gender equality, grievance mechanisms, and workers’ engagement.
Keep all sorts of legal licenses, certificates, verifications, test reports with validation to produce assessors as when required.
Do a periodical risk assessment, find risk/gap, take proper and necessary corrective action.
Prepare compliance reports for management and buyers.
