In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, implement, update and manage HR policies, manual, SOP and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company objectives ensuring effective communication and implementation.

  • Monitor employee attendance, salary, bonus, wages, overtime, incentives, benefits, snacks, Lunch bill and welfare expenses.

  • Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, labor disputes, investigations and job separations in a fair and lawful manner.

  • Control and maintain company assets, properties, and inventories (movable and immovable).

  • Manage visa processing, travel planning, ticketing, and hotel reservations for employees and management.

  • Manage vehicle administration, including BRTA coordination and renewal of vehicle documents (Tax Token, Fitness, Insurance, Registration).

  • Manage Compliance issues in collaboration with government and regulatory authorities related to labor, factory inspection, fire, environment, and safety Management.

  • Arrange and manage different audits including implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 9001:2015 Management Systems.

  • Experience in managing legal procedures (filing GD & criminal cases, resolving land disputes) and liaison with local administration, police and law enforcing agencies.

  • Do other activities assigned by the Management.
