Experience:
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices
Plan, implement, update and manage HR policies, manual, SOP and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company objectives ensuring effective communication and implementation.
Monitor employee attendance, salary, bonus, wages, overtime, incentives, benefits, snacks, Lunch bill and welfare expenses.
Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, labor disputes, investigations and job separations in a fair and lawful manner.
Control and maintain company assets, properties, and inventories (movable and immovable).
Manage visa processing, travel planning, ticketing, and hotel reservations for employees and management.
Manage vehicle administration, including BRTA coordination and renewal of vehicle documents (Tax Token, Fitness, Insurance, Registration).
Manage Compliance issues in collaboration with government and regulatory authorities related to labor, factory inspection, fire, environment, and safety Management.
Arrange and manage different audits including implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 9001:2015 Management Systems.
Experience in managing legal procedures (filing GD & criminal cases, resolving land disputes) and liaison with local administration, police and law enforcing agencies.
