Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall HR operations, including recruitment support, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance discipline.
Develop, review, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee manuals in compliance with labor laws.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, factory acts, health & safety regulations, and employment legislation.
Manage visa processing, travel planning, ticketing, and hotel reservations for employees and management.
Manage vehicle administration, including BRTA coordination and renewal of vehicle documents (Tax Token, Fitness, Insurance, Registration).
Liaise with government and regulatory bodies related to Environment, Health, Safety, Fire, and Compliance.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and factory compliance.
Support implementation and continuous improvement of ISO systems where applicable.
Do any other activities assigned by the management.
