Responsibilities & Context:

  • Manage overall HR operations, including recruitment support, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance discipline.

  • Develop, review, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee manuals in compliance with labor laws.

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, factory acts, health & safety regulations, and employment legislation.

  • Manage visa processing, travel planning, ticketing, and hotel reservations for employees and management.

  • Manage vehicle administration, including BRTA coordination and renewal of vehicle documents (Tax Token, Fitness, Insurance, Registration).

  • Liaise with government and regulatory bodies related to Environment, Health, Safety, Fire, and Compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and factory compliance.

  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of ISO systems where applicable.

  • Do any other activities assigned by the management.
