Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • 1-3 years of Tender related experience of Healthcare/Medical Division.

  • Hands-on experience in preparing, submitting, and managing government tenders.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Bangladesh Government e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) system and tender rules/regulations.

  • Ability to understand technical and financial tender requirements for Healthcare/Medical Equipment sectors.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender processes simultaneously.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain liaison with Govt. Department & private institutions for tender negotiation, vendor registration, approvals & renewal.

  • Regularly monitor e-GP, various ministry websites, newspapers, and other portals for relevant government tenders.

  • Liaise with internal departments (technical, legal, finance, admin) to gather necessary inputs and ensure alignment.

  • Thoroughly review tender notices to ensure full compliance with all terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria.

  • Maintain an organized database of submitted tenders, outcomes, and feedback for future reference.

  • Provide support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluation, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required materials, and equipment needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects.

  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of tenders through the e-GP portal and/or physical submission as required.

  • Regular visits to govt. and non govt. hospitals and clinics to participate in medical device related to all tenders.

  • Track tender status, participate in pre-bid meetings (if required), and handle any clarifications or queries from tender authorities.

  • Keep abreast of changes in government procurement policies, laws, and e-GP system updates.

  • Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties.
