Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee overall production operations of Flexible printing & Packaging plant.
Ensure smooth operation of Gravure printing, lamination, slitting & blown film processes.
Monitor production planning, machine efficiency and wastage control.
Ensure quality compliance as per customer requirements.
Troubleshoot printing defects (dot gain, color variation, registration issues etc.).
Coordinate with maintenance, QC, SCM & commercial departments.
Ensure safety, 5s and compliance standards in the factory.
Control raw materials consumption and cost optimization.
