Experience:
Manage overall Employee Relations (ER) activities to maintain a healthy workplace environment
Handle recruitment & selection processes including CV screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding
Execute disciplinary actions such as issuing warning letters, show cause notices, suspension, and termination in compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law
Coordinate and support training & development programs based on organizational needs
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and ensure proper communication between management and employees
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee records, and compliance documentation
Support factory/office discipline and ensure adherence to company rules and code of conduct
Prepare HR reports and assist management in HR-related decision-making
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or Management
Specialization in HRM or Industrial Relations will be an advantage
Experience Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience in HR
Strong experience in ER, Hiring, Firing, and Training
Experience in manufacturing/garments sector will be preferred
Required Skills & Competencies:
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-handling skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and HR documentation
Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive issues professionally
Age Preference:
28–35 years (may vary depending on company policy)
