Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or any relevant discipline.

  • BBA / Bachelor’s (Honors) degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or any relevant discipline.

  • Candidates with HR specialization will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain daily records of attendance and leave for all employees.

  • Manage the recruitment process, including handling the joining and departure procedures of employees.

  • Maintain various files, including employee personal files, recruitment files, and other benefits-related documents.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

  • Coordinate meeting and event arrangements.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

  • Assist in preparing attendance and leave reports, presentations, appraisals, and other documents.

  • Perform day-to-day administrative and HR tasks as instructed.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, reliability, and a high level of integrity.

  • Implement core HR practices in accordance with company policy to ensure professional HR services and continuously review best practices.

  • Maintain HRIS software, enter employee personal, attendance, and leave data, and generate reports.

  • Manage payroll administration.

  • Prepare and draft various types of official correspondence in both Bangla and English.

  • Possess sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
