Experience in the Sales and Marketing department of electrical goods such as switches, sockets, LED lights, fans, circuit breakers, exhaust fans, etc.
The candidate should have basic IT skills, including using sales software, HR software, email, and Microsoft Office.
Candidate with experience in any reupdated electrical company in Bangladesh will be given preference
Responsibilities & Context: - Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Regularly visit dealers, Retailers, electricians, and contractors to promote company products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C customers.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and present technical specifications when needed.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while maintaining company profitability standards.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends and report insights to management.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports, maintain CRM data, and update customer databases.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and product launch events.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business.
