Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and maintain accounts, including cash/bank transactions, receipts/payments, fund flow, stock records, and trial balance.
Record and update all accounting data accurately and on time.
Conduct timely bank and party payment reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial reports (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly).
Monitor daily accounts operations and ensure proper documentation.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and product costing with management approval.
Check DO (Delivery Order) rates, credit control, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Verify work orders with management approval.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by higher authority.
