Responsibilities & Context:
  • Specialized Recruitment: Lead the acquisition of niche industry talent, such as architects, project engineers, and real estate sales experts.

  • Succession Planning: Identify future leaders within the firm and create development tracks for high-potential employees to ensure long-term stability.

  • Performance Management: Design frameworks for continuous feedback and align individual goals with the developer`s project-based milestones.

  • Learning & Development: Create training programs focused on essential property sector skills, including project management, regulatory compliance, and CRM proficiency.

  • Employee Engagement: Oversee surveys and initiatives to drive a performance-driven culture and reduce unwanted turnover in a competitive market.

  • Talent Analytics: Track and report on key metrics like "quality of hire" and "time to fill" to optimize HR efficiency.
