Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services needed for real estate projects.
Monitor and manage supply chain performance metrics to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best deals.
Maintain a database of reliable suppliers and manage vendor performance.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials while minimizing excess stock.
Implement inventory control procedures to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Oversee the transportation and delivery of materials to various project sites.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Generate regular reports on supply chain performance, including cost analysis, vendor performance, and inventory levels.
Supervise and mentor supply chain staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment within the supply chain team.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards in all supply chain activities.
Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain operations, including supply disruptions and quality issues.
