Membership of IEB will be added advantage.

Skills Required: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills,Lift Installation ,Negotiation Persuasion Skills,Proactive and Positive attitude,Solar panel Installation

At least 15 years of practical work experience in real estate domain is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist the Management in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market status, profitability and return on investment.
Responsible for installation and commissioning of Lift and generator, solar and others modern electrical system.
Responsible for look after technical manpower utilization and take initiative for their development.
Should have good knowledge in maintenance work in heavy equipment, major construction machineries & material, elevator as well as generator.
Should have excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills for budgeting or tender scheduling.
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
Prepared estimation of electro Mechanical material and company Assets.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the competent authority of the organization.
