Responsibilities & Context:
Lead full-cycle of HR operations including recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and retention.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Drive PMS and career development initiatives.
Plan and execute of training & development programs for workforce skill enhancement.
Ensure effective handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.
Ensure discipline, attendance management.
Maintain personal files, HR records, and HRIS data accurately.
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, factory rules, and buyer codes of conduct.
Any other job assigned by Management
