Responsibilities & Context:
Applicant must have thorough knowledge of labor law and the code of conduct.
The incumbent should be able to handle any adverse local or labor situation. Must have experience dealing with law-enforcing agencies.
Direct & control the overall HR, Administration & Compliance of the manufacturing company.
Job analysis and preparation of the job description of staff. Take care of labor disputes and disciplinary matters.
Ensure legal compliance with policies and procedures, termination, dismissal, compensation, etc.
Management of the overall safety and security of the Head Office & Warehouse.
Monitor transport, forklift and automobile repair, maintenance and operation.
Ensure the cleanliness and hygienicity of the Head Office & Warehouse.
Derive HR Administration for compensation and benefits, attendance, leave management, training and development.
Ensure general administration & human resources activities for the company.
Supervise the overall compliance issues of the factory, Head Office & Warehouse.
Supervise and direct the staff to perform their duties smartly.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, and performance appraisals.
Develop, practice, monitor and evaluate HR manuals /policies in the organization.
Assessing the training needs analysis of the employees and ensuring proper training.
Develop key performance indicators and goal-setting for the different-level employees with their supervisor, and conduct the appraisal process.
Arrange and support different audits and ensure non-conformity in the factory, Head Office & Warehouse.
Monitoring BRTA works for the purpose of Vehicles and Update the Vehicles documents (TAX Token, Fitness, Insurance, Registration etc.)
Managing Visa Processing (B visa, E visa, Tourist Visa), Ticketing & Reservation as well.
Follow up expenditures like employees & staffs salary & wages, overtime, incentives, snacks & Lunch bill etc.
Monitor Transport, Automobile repair, Maintenance and operation.
Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties.
Any other activities assigned by the management.
