Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and supervise schedule maintenance of process, and machinery.
Report plant head for all sorts technical issues related to electrical, power management & utility services.
Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
Estimation, requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.
Perform machine maintenance work as per the check list at regular intervals and have skills in the subject.
Supervision of all electrical machinery of the plant.
Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems which may arise from electrical system.
Prepare & submit weekly / monthly report on preventive maintenance, emergency / breakdown maintenance, overhauling & other stoppage time for the plant & machinery.
