Responsibilities & Context

The HR & Admin Manager will lead and manage end-to-end human resource operations and administrative functions for the vivo Sub-Brand business unit. The role is responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and overall office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a productive work environment. This position requires a proactive leader with strong people management and operational capabilities.

Human Resources

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and manpower planning to meet business requirements.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures aligned with company standards.

  • Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.

  • Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRIS documentation.

  • Lead performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking.

  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

  • Ensure labor law compliance and maintain statutory records.

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities.

Administration

  • Supervise daily office administration, facilities, and vendor management.

  • Control office assets, logistics, inventory, and procurement processes.

  • Manage workplace safety, security, and maintenance.

  • Monitor administrative budgets and cost optimization.

  • Coordinate travel, events, meetings, and operational support for teams.

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong leadership and team management

  • Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law

  • Recruitment & performance management expertise

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
