Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Over 15 years of experience in handling and managing customer accounts.
∎ Strong ability to communicate and negotiate with customers to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
∎ Experience in sourcing new customers and maintaining long-term relationships.
∎ Excellent skills in price negotiation and convincing clients to secure the best deals.
∎ Ability to oversee all stages of the merchandising process, from sourcing to final delivery.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
∎ Proficiency in managing timelines and ensuring that orders are delivered on time and within budget.
∎ Only candidates with experience in handling or leading the department solely will be given the highest priority
