Additional Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in RMG merchandising, with at least 3 years specifically handling outerwear (jackets, coats, windbreakers, padded/puffer vests).
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of outerwear construction, seam sealing, technical fabrics, and consumption calculation.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Network: Strong existing relationships with European, US, or UK outerwear buyers.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Secure new orders and onboard international outerwear brands/retailers.
Buyer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing global clients.
Product Development: Oversee costing, sampling, and lab dip approvals for outerwear products.
Sourcing Execution: Manage procurement of specialized outerwear fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Production Tracking: Collaborate with factory production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of senior and assistant merchandisers.
