Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding, and retention of a skilled workforce to meet production requirements.
  • Oversee company payroll system and control in a efficient way.
  • Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Manage performance evaluation systems, including appraisals, KPIs, and incentive programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, diversity, and employee engagement.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely, fair manner.
  • Ensure payroll management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
  • To ensure that all the grievance handling are done properly.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all local labor laws, industry standards, and international regulations such as SEDEX, WRAP, BSCI, or other relevant certifications.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to identify gaps and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with buyers , auditors, and other stakeholders to address compliance requirements.
  • To ensure your full support for customer requirement.
  • Develop and enforce workplace policies, including anti-harassment, health, safety, and environmental protocols.
  • Lead and manage all administrative functions, including facility management, security, and infrastructure.
  • Manage vendor relationships for outsourced services, including transport, housekeeping, etc.
  • Plan and manage budgets for HR, compliance, and administrative departments.
  • Provide strong leadership to HR, compliance, and administrative teams, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR, compliance, and administrative strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a key liaison between management and employees to ensure effective communication.
