• Age 30 to 45 years

· Sound knowledge of local regulatory affairs, RSC requirements, and ILO conventions.·  Exceptional communication skills (both Bengali and English) to interact with international buyers and local regulatory bodies. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive professional attitude

· Audit Management: Prepare and lead the factory through various buyer and global standard audits including BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SLCP, HIGG (FEM/FSLM), and Accord/RSC. 

· Legal & Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 (and amendments) and Factory Rules. Manage direct liaison with DIFE, DOL, and Fire Service authorities.

· Worker Safety & Health: Lead Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, and OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) committees within the factory. 

· Buyer Code of Conduct: Implement and monitor compliance with specific Buyer Codes of Conduct (CoC) and environmental standards. 

· Policy Implementation: Develop and review internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with ILO conventions and global sustainable practices. 

· Team Leadership: Supervise and train internal compliance and audit teams across all production floors.
