Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

Conduct time and motion studies and establish Standard Minute Value (SMV).

Perform line balancing and optimize manpower and machine utilization.

Prepare production capacity plans based on order quantity and delivery schedules.

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

Monitor production progress and coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Washing, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Analyze production efficiency, capacity utilization, and productivity.

Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare operation bulletins, machine layouts, and manpower allocation plans.

Ensure on-time order execution through effective production planning.

Generate daily production reports, efficiency reports, WIP reports, and capacity analysis reports.

Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and health & safety standards.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.
