Responsibilities & Context:
· Must be able to do costing independently.
· Should be competent to communicate with factory people and other Department.
· Must be capable to deal with Buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
· Must be capable to arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.
· Must be capable to act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order.
· Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
· Able to manage and handle multiple accounts at one time.
· Able to bring new business in Costing of Product/Garments; Coordinate with Factory team for better execution of Production.
· Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment maintaining effective TNA
· Effective Follow up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
