∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Should know pattern Making/Grading/Cutting.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Pattern 3D Optitex & Style 3D
∎ Work out the most efficient consumption for all buyers' styles using CAD.
∎ Arrange style-wise pattern designing to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Must have experience in Woven and knit all items (Jackets, Shirts, Pant, Hoodies, etc)
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
∎ Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
∎ Able to check fitting samples on the dummy & make modifications pattern correctly.
∎ Able to check suppliers grading & modify shape to avoid size set rejection.
∎ Should Know Garments construction.
∎ Should able to do technical troubleshooting.
∎ Should have the ability to do fittings and solve fitting problems.
∎ To communicate with the merchandisers and buyers.
∎ To communicate with the local office for technical issues.
∎ To ensure the sample quality before sending it to the buyer.
∎ The capability of working as a Sample room in charge and look after entire process
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.
